MAC expose bug


I have a macbook-pro, and whenever I use show all applications using the expose feature.
I got a shadow of un-existing application within the displayed windows...
u can see it in the picture, i am marking it in gray.

    it turned out to be an application having a window called contacts. the MAC is not able to display it, nor to bring it to the front when i click it.
